Still Need Help?
If you could not find the answer, contact support. There are two routes from inside the product, and that page explains which is which and what to include so the first reply solves it.
What We Cannot Help With
- Legal or estate advice. Total Family is not a will and we are not solicitors. See Before You Start.
- Writing your vision or letters for you. The product will help you draft, but the words have to be yours.
- Recovering material that was never saved. Anything saved is kept, including previous versions, but an unsaved draft is gone.
