I Need to Change My Email Address

Message us through Need Help and we will change it for you.

Your email address is shown on your profile but cannot be edited there, because it is the address you sign in with.

How to Request the Change

1. Open Settings, then Need Help. The help icon in the top bar opens the same form from any screen.
2. Tell us the address you want to change from and to.
3. Send the message.

We make the change and confirm it. After that, sign-in codes go to the new address.
