Someone I Invited Didn't Receive the Invitation

Invitations are ordinary email, so they go missing in ordinary ways.

1. Ask Them to Check Spam

An invitation from a product they have never heard of is exactly what a spam filter is built to catch. Ask them to look before you resend anything.

2. Check the Address You Used

A single wrong character is the usual cause, and the invitation will have sent successfully to nobody. Open the invitation and read the address back carefully.

3. Send It Again

With the address confirmed, send a fresh invitation.

4. Tell Them It Is Coming

An unexpected invitation gets ignored. A quick message saying what it is, and that you will walk through it together, does more than anything in the product.
