Kin opens beside whatever you are looking at
Kin now slides in as a panel next to the page you are on, already knowing which screen you asked from. There is a Help Centre for every question, a status page telling you whether Total Family is up, and fixes for the upgrade wall, signing up again after an account was removed, and Enterprise firms being moved off their tier.

Kin only answers from what you are allowed to see
Chat with Kin now filters every answer by your role, so it draws only on the visions, milestones, and letters you already have access to. Half-written milestones and letters no longer vanish when you navigate away, the family switcher works properly again, and inviting a family is no longer blocked by an email already in use.

Help where you are, and free pages that stay free
Give Feedback and Need Help now open on top of the page you are on instead of sending you somewhere else. Quotes and My Journey stay reachable even when a partner trial ends, Billing and Payment survives a downgrade, and partners can find a household by any member name.

Three new ways to tell us how it is going
Feedback is now built into the product: a prompt after a task, a report-a-problem form in the help panel, and a periodic check on how we are doing. The Legacy Vault also takes uploads, so the documents your family already has can sit alongside the letters you write.

Follow a tag to find anything in the library
Every article card now carries clickable tags, click one to open a pre-filtered search, or type # to explore and stack tags until you find what you need. Partner admins can click through the numbers on their dashboard to the families behind them.

AI writing support and a guided start for partner-invited families
The content editor can now help you draft, rewrite, and polish, so a blank page is never where you start. Families who join through an advisor get onboarding built for that path, and partner seat and trial billing has been made fairer and more predictable.
